Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, hire, coach, and manage pharmacy staff performance
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and promptly
- Maintain medication and supplement inventory for patient needs
- Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications
- Control department costs and review sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
- Class A Pharmacist license required
- Minimum three years of retail experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- People management, problem solving, and computing skills
