Drive transportation systems implementation and business analysis at Loblaw Companies Limited while partnering with Operations and IT across Canada. As a Senior Analyst, Transport Systems, you will translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and technology solutions. You will support implementations from requirements gathering and testing through deployment, training, and ongoing application support. The work spans transportation systems, supply chain processes, Agile delivery, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transportation application design, testing, implementation, enhancement, and sustainment
- Translate Transport Operations needs into requirements, user stories, and solutions
- Coordinate QA, SIT, UAT, defect management, and business validation
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery
- Manage application issues, process improvements, training, and knowledge transfer
Requirements:
- Three to five years of relevant transportation, supply chain, or systems experience
- Degree in computer science, business technology, supply chain, engineering, or related field
- Experience participating in or owning technology or platform implementations
- Project management skills across multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables
- Knowledge and practical experience with Agile delivery methods
