Developer with extensive experience in the IBM technology stack and a strong understanding of AI tools and practices.
The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in IBM MDM, and BPM Workflows, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation.

- Required Skills
Hands‑on expertise in IBM MDM (Master Data Management) for managing and governing enterprise data.
Experience in developing and automating BPM Workflows to streamline business processes.
Proficiency in AI‑assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot, with the ability to develop reusable AI prompts and solutions to improve team productivity.
Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and troubleshooting within the IBM ecosystem.
Experience working in an Agile development environment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to create technical designs and documentation for assigned user stories and projects.

Experience with IBM Sterling File X or equivalent for secure and reliable file transfer solutions.
