We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, lead marketing campaigns, and analyze their performance. Daily responsibilities include managing marketing initiatives, developing brand positioning, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and creating impactful content to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to implement marketing strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Location: Canada (Hybrid in Toronto | Remote for all other provinces)
- Experience: 3+ Years of Experience in Demand Generation, Marketing, PPC, and/or Content
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in GRC or Cybersecurity is a massive plus.
- The "Startup Mentality": You are comfortable with ambiguity and happy to "roll up your sleeves" to solve problems that may not have a manual yet.
- Technical Aptitude: You can navigate complex software configurations and aren't afraid to dive into a client's technical environment.
- Communication: You have strong verbal and written soft-skills.
- Team Player: You are accountable individually and easy to collaborate within your team and cross-functionally.

- Exceptional adoption and creative usage of AI-native tooling (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Perplexity, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in tech-oriented industries, especially AI or cybersecurity, is a plus
