Make the work that goes on the feed, for brands most agencies would make look boring.
Small team, real clients, our own tools.
The role
- Design social posts, carousels and ad creative across a roster of local brands, each in its own voice.
- Set the look for a new client: type, colour and the rules that keep a feed coherent three months in.
- Work from the brand direction the strategy side sets, then push it somewhere better.
- Cut and treat photography and short video, not just lay out type.
What we need
- A portfolio where the work is visibly different brand to brand.
- Real command of type and layout, and an eye that catches four pixels.
- Speed, because a feed is a schedule and the schedule does not move.
Nice to have
- Motion, even simple, for the formats that reward it.
- Comfort art-directing a shoot or a creator.
- Having designed inside a system, so consistency is not a fight.
Be honest with yourself
You will not enjoy this if you want one long project at a time. This is a lot of small pieces at a high standard, on a cadence.
How hiring goes
- About two weeks, start to offer. We reply to every application, including the ones we pass on.
- A real problem: Paid, timeboxed to a few hours, on something close to the actual work.
- Meet the team: An hour with two or three of us, and time for your questions.
- Offer: Inside two weeks of the first call, with the number written down.
