As a Senior Strategist, you will support enterprise and divisional strategy development and execution at Metrolinx. Your work will connect business planning, strategic reporting, governance, communications, and change management. You will also apply industry research, benchmarking, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder consultation to inform decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop corporate strategy and transformation initiatives through integrated planning frameworks
- Lead research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis for actionable strategic insights
- Embed strategy through strategic communications and change management
- Distill performance insights and equip leadership for impactful decisions
- Prepare executive reports and presentations supporting strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated organizational strategy experience; consulting experience strongly valued
- Understanding of corporate strategy development and implementation best practices
- Ability to structure complex problems and execute solutions independently
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, oral, and presentation communication skills
