The Governance and J-SOX Associate reports to the Manager of Governance & Global Internal Audit, Americas. You will maintain governance documentation, monitor policy compliance, and support internal and external audits. The position emphasizes risk assessment, control testing, SAP data analysis, and actionable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan internal audits and J-SOX activities using risk assessments
- Perform walkthroughs, control testing, and SAP data analysis
- Document findings and recommend control improvements
- Prepare audit reports and management dashboards
- Track corrective actions and remediation progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Minimum five years' relevant internal or external audit experience
- Knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, SOX, and J-SOX
- Experience with narratives, flowcharts, and risk control matrices
- SAP reporting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
