As a Staff Specialist or Senior Staff Specialist Paediatrician, you will support children's services at Griffith Base Hospital. The hospital includes ten Children's Ward inpatient beds, four paediatric day surgery beds, and four Special Care Nursery beds. The position offers full-time or part-time arrangements and opportunities to teach and supervise medical students. You will promote quality and safety while contributing to training, supervision, and education.

- Deliver paediatric care within Griffith Base Hospital
- Promote quality and safety in patient care
- Lead, train, supervise, and educate clinical staff

- Respond onsite through the on-call roster
Requirements:
- Unconditional specialist registration with the Medical Board
- Recent paediatric clinical experience at required service level
- Effective multidisciplinary leadership and teamwork
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and information technology skills
