University degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer registration with the P.E.O. Five years’ municipal infrastructure planning, design, construction, and maintenance experience Knowledge of modeling, spreadsheet, database, and word-processing software Valid Class G driver’s licence Use civil engineering, project coordination, and contract administration expertise to deliver compliant municipal infrastructure design and construction programs.
