Key Responsibilities:
- Guide development and implementation of Council's Strategic Plan

- Support economic development, investment attraction, and downtown vitality
- Build relationships with Council, staff, partners, and residents
Requirements:
- Proven Chief Administrative Officer or Deputy Chief Administrative Officer experience
- Enterprise-wide municipal or broader public-sector leadership experience
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Understanding of municipal governance and financial management
- Experience leading complex organizations and significant budgets
