MTLI Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Program Manager to completely own and scale our program for one of our largest national enterprise accounts. Currently valued at a $3 million annual revenue run rate, your mandate is to establish the pipelines, strategic relationships, and operating infrastructure required to scale this individual account into a $20M+ national powerhouse. You will manage the end-to-end industrial construction lifecycle across Canada while serving as the primary commercial and relationship lead for all client facilities.
What You Will Do
- National Account Growth: Conduct proactive outreach to every client facility across Canada, introduce MTLI’s capabilities, map out site-by-site capital asset plans, and build a pipeline targeting $20M+ in revenue.
- Construction & Engineering Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle within active manufacturing facilities (site assessments, technical design, engineering coordination, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final turnover closeout).
- Estimating & RFPs: Lead timely, highly accurate RFP quotations. Develop detailed cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and logistical risks. Monitor project budgets and change orders.
- Tech & Infrastructure Development: Build out the program within MTLI’s CRM and ERP software. Establish automated workflows, repeatable templates, and performance dashboards to prepare the division for high-volume growth.
- Client Ownership: Serve as the single point of contact. Implement clear response times, escalation paths, and monthly customer feedback reviews to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
First-Year Milestones
- First 30 Days: Audit existing projects, financial models, and permitting workflows; launch a monthly client reporting framework.
- First 90 Days: Complete national outreach to all Canadian sites, commence priority facility plant visits, and present the national growth plan to the CEO.
- Year 1 Baseline: Successfully convert pipeline opportunities to meet a minimum first-year financial baseline of $900,000 in account gross profit (GP).
What You Bring
- Industrial Construction Expertise: Extensive, practical experience managing multi-disciplinary industrial or commercial construction projects through the entire project lifecycle.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of how architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and permitting requirements interact within active, live production environments.
- Commercial Acumen: Exceptional background in construction estimating, handling complex RFPs, tracking project expenses, and managing engineering consultants.
- Account Management: Elite relationship skills, comfortable navigating conversations from factory floors to corporate executive procurement.
- Software Fluency: Experienced using CRM, ERP, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore) to build dashboards and track metrics.
- Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally to manufacturing facilities across Canada.
Compensation & Benefits (CAD)
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $25,000.00 (tied to customer satisfaction metrics and contract margins)
- First-Year GP Expectation: Minimum $900,000.00 in account gross profit
- Gross Profit Bonus: 3% commission on total account gross profit if annual GP exceeds $900,000.00. Note: Once the $900,000 threshold is crossed, the 3% applies retroactively to all earned GP for that year from dollar one. If GP is $900,000 or less, no GP bonus is earned.
