- Develop and execute innovation strategy aligned with portfolio priorities
- Champion consumer-first innovation and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Lead end-to-end product development from conception to launch
- Facilitate innovation governance through Stage-Gate processes
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years in innovation or new product development
- Proven track record launching consumer products
- Strong experience with Stage-Gate frameworks
- Leadership experience in regulated industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA is a plus
