Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate hospitalized patients with a variety of diagnoses
- Provide patient-centered inpatient rehabilitation treatment
- Serve as a primary therapist for acute and swing units
- Float to the acute rehabilitation unit as needed
- Maintain appropriate electronic medical records
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of physical therapy
- Current Vermont physical therapist licensure
- Required Basic Life Support certification
