Their growth has required them to hire a seasoned Director of Finance to report directly to the President and COO. This organization's sales have grown in excess of 200% in the last 2 years and they expect the growth to continue. You will also be very involved in the preparation of cash flows and ensuring that you're providing the banks with relevant information. You will also be involved with strategic planning from the financial side in conjunction with the President and various Board Members. You will be supervising and mentoring an accounting team of six staff.
