Assignments include move-in, move-out, vacant-unit turnover, and deep cleaning. You will follow property-specific instructions while updating work through a mobile app. The work supports rental property owners preparing homes for leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete move-in, move-out, and vacant-unit turnover cleaning
- Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
- Clean cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances, and detailed surfaces
- Complete final walkthroughs and take clear completion photos
- Report damage, maintenance concerns, and cleaning limitations
Requirements:
- At least two years of paid professional cleaning experience
- Experience with deep cleaning or similar turnover work
- Reliable vehicle, cleaning supplies, equipment, and suitable smartphone
- Ability to work independently and follow property instructions
- Basic English, strong detail, reliability, and punctuality
