Lead afternoon distribution operations at MEC's Western Distribution Centre in Surrey, using warehouse leadership and WMS expertise onsite.

As a full-time Western Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead by example while supporting internal and external MEC partners.
You will coordinate workloads, staffing, communication, safety, and efficiency across distribution centre functions.
The position requires hands-on leadership, cross-training, and continuous improvement collaboration.

Requirements
- At least one year of warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Strong leadership and employee engagement abilities
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
- Mechanical orientation and ability to manage multiple projects
- WMS, Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook proficiency
