As a full-time Western Distribution Centre Supervisor, you will lead by example while supporting internal and external MEC partners. You will coordinate workloads, staffing, communication, safety, and efficiency across distribution centre functions. The position requires hands-on leadership, cross-training, and continuous improvement collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-train across distribution centre functions
- Build workloads around expected service levels and volume changes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Maintain safe, secure, policy-compliant working conditions
- Lead meetings and continuous improvement projects
Requirements:
- At least one year of warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Strong leadership and employee engagement abilities
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
- Mechanical orientation and ability to manage multiple projects
- WMS, Microsoft 365, Excel, Teams, Word, and Outlook proficiency
