Reporting to the General Manager, you lead teams across the sales floor, Cash and Member Service Desk, and Tech Service Shop. You strengthen service standards, community connections, and operational consistency. The role supports recruitment, onboarding, training, and inclusive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set service tone and direct daily floor execution
- Coach teams through observation and real-time feedback
- Resolve member issues and escalate when appropriate
- Lead community outreach, partnerships, and member-facing events
- Use sales and service metrics to guide decisions
Requirements:
- One to three years leading frontline member-facing teams
- Strong floor leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to interpret service and sales KPIs
- Proven onboarding, training, and team development experience
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
