Reporting to the Director, Talent Management and Total Rewards, this full-time replacement-term coordinator supports onboarding, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation. The approximately six-month assignment involves 35 hours weekly while maintaining HR processes, data integrity, and system workflows. Strong communication, judgment, and organization are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer general HR queries through multiple communication channels
- Process HR transactions accurately within defined service agreements
- Coordinate recruitment documentation, postings, and offer letters
- Monitor workflows and identify service delivery bottlenecks
- Maintain privacy checks, filing systems, guides, and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Two-plus years in confidential human resources or payroll environments
- Strong customer service and conflict management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, HRIS, and databases
