As a Mid Market Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives on deal strategy and discovery. You will map customer challenges to Motive solutions while advising technical and business stakeholders. Collaboration spans Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities:
Shape deal strategy with Mid Market Account Executives Lead discovery conversations and customized product demonstrations Translate customer challenges into measurable business solutions Support competitive displacement, growth opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs Connect Sales with cross-functional teams and customer insights Requirements:
Three or more years in customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering Experience supporting Mid Market or comparable market segments SaaS and/or hardware experience with 15–20% travel willingness Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities Apply your solutions engineering expertise, customer communication, and technical design skills to support Motive’s Canadian growth.
