Your main challenges
- Act as a mentor and provide advice, coaching, and training to technical support staff.
- Be the escalation person when it comes to complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to multitask, solid root causes analysis, and work under pressure.
- Review all technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
What You Bring with you
- +10 years of experience in technical and application support.
- A proactive problem-solver skilled in root-cause analysis, capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Payment and peripheral devices integration experience (OPOS, JavaPOS, PinPad integration).
- Retail knowledge in particular POS processes would be an asset.
- Cloud solution knowledge (AWS and/or Azure).
- Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation from the first year;
- Pension plan with employer contribution after 1 year
- Work flexibility: Hybrid, Face-to-face
