Downright Demolition is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead and work alongside demolition crews. You will coordinate daily tasks, operate equipment, and maintain project progress. The work includes walls, floors, structures, and interior strip-outs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead crews while performing hands-on demolition work
- Organize daily tasks and coordinate schedules
- Operate scissor lifts, Hiltis, and hand tools
- Monitor quality, productivity, and project progress
- Address hazards and maintain safe, organized worksites
Requirements:
- Demolition or restoration experience with foreman leadership
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current Construction Safety Training System certification
- Appropriate personal protective equipment under Alberta OHS guidelines
- Reliable, organized, and physically fit
