About the Role
We are seeking two Modification Team Leads to support the OPG Pickering Refurbishment project. The successful candidates will provide MTL support, ensuring modification activities align with OPG’s Engineering Change Control (ECC) process and applicable engineering processes. Previous experience working as an MTL with OPG is required. Candidates at junior, intermediate and senior levels will be considered, provided they meet this requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Modification Team Lead support for Pickering Refurbishment activities.
- Coordinate modification activities in accordance with OPG’s ECC process.
- Work with engineering and OPG teams to align activities, documentation and project requirements.
- Support the coordination and tracking of modification deliverables, resolving issues with the relevant teams.
- Attend the OPG Pickering site as required.
Qualifications
- Previous Modification Team Lead experience with OPG.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying OPG’s ECC process.
- Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills.
- An Electrical Engineering degree and P.Eng. designation are preferred but not required.
- Valid OPG security clearance is preferred. Candidates with previously held, expired OPG clearance will also be considered.
