Lead regulatory compliance for Morgan Stanley's Canadian businesses using strong analysis and detailed knowledge of CIRO and FINTRAC requirements. The work supports regulated Wealth Management. As Executive Director within International Wealth Management Compliance, provide coverage for the CIRO-regulated Wealth Management business and Morgan Stanley at Work in Canada. Advise business units, develop compliance procedures, and work with Management on new business proposals. The mandate also includes training, staff supervision, and regulatory risk management across applicable laws, rules, and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in financial services compliance Knowledge of Canadian Anti-Money Laundering requirements Order Execution Only regulatory and practice knowledge Experience with CIRO, FINTRAC, or related regulators Excellent English communication and strong analytical skills Use regulatory expertise, analytical judgment, and compliance leadership to protect Morgan Stanley's Canadian Wealth Management franchise.
