This Project Services Coordinator position supports heavy civil construction administration through PACE receiving and cost information. You will review purchase orders, record delivery and service dates, assign jobs and cost codes, and maintain complete supporting documentation. Training on PACE is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign correct jobs, cost codes, and line types
- Record partial deliveries, back orders, returns, and services
- Review open and partially received purchase orders
- Provide records and cost details for client billing
- Report receiving metrics and recommend PACE improvements
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in relevant administration or receiving
- Hands-on purchase order and three-way matching experience
- Strong numerical accuracy reviewing coding and documents
- ERP, purchasing, or accounting system experience
- Business, accounting, or supply chain education preferred
Use cost coding, purchase order controls, and Excel skills to strengthen Morgan Construction's centralized receiving process.
