Montana's is hiring a Host at our Victoria location! Montana's is where BBQ-lovers, friends and family alike get together in an energetic gathering place to devour mouth-watering favourites fresh off the grill.
We're looking for friendly, down-to-earth Team Members who are passionate about cooking or serving the best BBQ in Canada and want to have a great time doing it. As a host, you make the first and last impression on each and every Guest that enters Montana's. You are responsible for creating a great atmosphere with your smile, high energy and welcoming personality.
What will you do in this role:
- Greet and welcome Guests when entering the restaurant
- Manage the Guest Flow, table turns and seating
- Accurately complete all set up and closing procedures
- Answer the phone in a pleasant manner and respond to Guest inquiries
- Manage a wait list and interact with Guests
- Offer a friendly final farewell to Guests
- Thank Guests for joining us and invite them to return

- Dynamic, energetic and self-confident personality
- Excellent communication, social and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work as part of a team and help contribute to a positive Guest experience, however necessary
