This Senior Quality Lab Technician supports the site quality management system and reports results to the quality section manager. Responsibilities include documentation control, internal audits, CAPA management, eQCMS reviews, consumer complaints, and regulatory contacts. Laboratory work covers instruments, calibration, environmental monitoring, analytical testing, and result reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead PDCA cycles and report quality system results
- Manage CAPA, documentation, audits, and change controls
- Perform pH, moisture, chlorine, particle size, and fat testing
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, swabbing, and laboratory calibration programs
- Escalate OOS results and support root cause investigations
Requirements:
- Relevant laboratory experience
- Understanding of laboratory instruments and maintenance practices
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Project management and ability to handle multiple activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
