The role focuses on loss intelligence, equipment reliability, waste reduction, and departmental KPI performance. You will facilitate root-cause analysis, establish work standards, and train colleagues on CI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training on CI tools and daily management systems
- Collect and validate data supporting improvement activities
- Facilitate root-cause analysis for losses and KPI gaps
- Establish work standards and train colleagues accordingly
- Support startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and manufacturing controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering degree
- Experience with CI and high-performance work systems
- Lean or TPM tools experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong facilitation, communication, and structured thinking skills
- Mastery of Excel and data analytics tools
