As a Process Engineer, you will maintain systems supporting CI processes and culture. You will collect and validate data, facilitate root-cause analysis, and track departmental KPI scorecards. The position also supports daily management systems and work standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques
- Facilitate root-cause analysis for losses and KPI gaps
- Establish work standards sustaining continuous improvement
- Monitor controls, fill rates, additives, and process conditions
- Participate in startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science or Engineering degree
- Experience with CI and high-performance work systems
- Application of lean or TPM tools in operations
- Mastery of Excel and data analytics tools
- Ability to manipulate and validate system data
