As a Network Systems Administrator in client services, you will advise customers on IT projects and recommend scalable solutions for their needs and budgets. The work includes network infrastructure, VMware, Windows Server, storage, backup, replication, and security. You will also collaborate with colleagues, contribute technical expertise during projects and meetings, and continue developing professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusting client relationships and advise on IT projects
- Recommend and implement scalable, tailored technical solutions
- Diagnose complex issues remotely and at client sites
- Deploy, migrate, and enhance network and system infrastructures
- Protect client data and IT environment security
Requirements:
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Network infrastructure and security experience with firewalls and VPNs
- Knowledge of VMware, storage, Windows Server, backup, and replication
- Bilingual French and English, spoken and written
- Valid driver's licence and occasional client-site travel availability
