As Implementation Lead, you represent Momo Medical to long-term care homes and guide successful adoption. You build relationships with management and care staff, coordinate installations, deliver training, and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee BedSense implementation from introduction through evaluation
- Manage installation logistics and conduct staff training

- Gather feedback, resolve bottlenecks, and improve implementation
- Attend networking events and engage potential care homes
