Moment Energy is seeking an experienced Head of People to lead and scale our people strategy as we grow. Reporting to the COO, the Head of People will oversee all aspects of the People function including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations. You will lead a small but growing People team and partner closely with company leadership to ensure our people strategy supports Moment Energy’s ambitious growth.
