This Human Resources Manager role focuses on practical support across a growing company. You will answer workplace questions, guide managers through performance concerns, coordinate reviews, and help maintain respectful, safe employee experiences. Responsibilities also include HR administration, employment documentation, onboarding, compliance, recruitment support, and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and concerns
- Support conflicts, attendance concerns, complaints, and disciplinary processes
- Guide managers through documentation and difficult conversations
- Coordinate performance reviews, feedback, and leadership development training
- Prepare employment offers, agreements, and onboarding packages
Requirements:
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience
- Experience managing employee relations and employment documentation
- Working knowledge of British Columbia employment standards
- Experience with performance reviews and manager coaching
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
