Your Role in the System
As a Molliteum Coach, you are part of a high‑performance coaching team. Your responsibility is clear: deliver measurable improvement in athlete resilience. You will:
- Execute 1-on-1 sessions using our structured framework
- Train athletes to maintain focus, confidence, and composure under pressure
- Reinforce standards, habits, and accountability across a 12‑week system
- Track measurable improvements and report progress
- Represent the brand athletes trust when stakes are highest
