The position coordinates procurement, inventory, product conversions, utilisation analysis, and process improvement with Operating Room teams, physicians, Stores, Medical Device Reprocessing, and MMC divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Operating Room contracts, product trials, and evaluation committees
- Place orders, source suppliers, and coordinate deliveries
- Review GHX procurement records and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze utilization data and support efficiency improvements
- Maintain inventory, preference cards, reports, and business cases
Requirements:
- Related three-year college diploma or university degree preferred
- Four to six years healthcare supply chain experience an asset
- Advanced perioperative and supply chain management knowledge
- Proficient Excel skills, including pivot tables
- Reliable vehicle and travel throughout Erie St. Clair required
