The Change Management Specialist works with the Change Management team and diverse project partners throughout Mohawk College’s multi-phase ERP transformation. Responsibilities span change strategy, stakeholder relationships, audience-specific communications, training coordination, readiness activities, resistance mitigation, and post-implementation support. The role also collaborates with external vendors and supports a change-resilient culture through champions, feedback, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Support structured change plans across the full project lifecycle Draft communications tailored to diverse audiences Maintain change resources on the BBT SharePoint site Coordinate training needs with communications and instructional teams Coach leaders and managers supporting teams through change Requirements:
Minimum five years’ change management experience in major transformations Prosci certification and ADKAR change management practitioner credentials Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Client-management and vendor-management experience Strong relationship-building, diplomacy, and stakeholder influence skills Apply change methodology, communication expertise, and relationship management skills to advance Banner adoption at Mohawk College.
