Drive ERP adoption at Mohawk College’s Fennell campus through Prosci change management and hybrid work arrangements. Support Banner transformation across its project lifecycle. As Change Management Specialist, you will partner with the Change Manager, sponsors, workstream leads, technical teams, vendors, and employees. You will apply Prosci and ADKAR to support stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, training rollout, readiness, and post-go-live reinforcement. The assignment runs November 2026 through December 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Prosci and ADKAR to support Banner adoption
- Coordinate change activities across project workstreams
- Develop stakeholder maps, communication plans, and training plans
- Conduct impact, risk, and readiness assessments
- Support roadshows, coaching, reinforcement, and feedback loops
Requirements:
- Four-year related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Required Prosci certification and ADKAR practitioner certification
- Minimum five years managing major business or digital transformations
- Experience with project and change management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
- Bring Prosci expertise, stakeholder engagement, and ERP transformation experience to Mohawk College’s Banner Business Transformation Project.
