Reporting to the Manager of Product Development & Sourcing, you will consolidate claims, returns, and customer feedback data, turning it into valuable insights for the Quality team. Your role involves collaborating with multiple departments including Quality Control, Resolutions, and different brand teams. You'll utilize advanced Excel skills to clean and standardize data, as well as build dashboards to track recurring product issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze claims and returns data from various sources
- Identify trends and root causes for product defects
- Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
- Document procedures for data collection and analysis
- Collaborate with teams to improve claims tracking processes
Requirements:
- 2-4 years in a data analyst role, ideally in retail
- Strong Excel skills including Power Query and pivot tables
- Experience with data from SAP or similar
- Excellent written communication for non-technical audiences
- Self-directed with a knack for building processes
