Mode Labs is seeking a senior, hands-on engineering leader to own productisation and industrialisation of its first commercial sensor platform. You will translate MVP into a robust, compliant product and manage the route from prototype to controlled release.
You will mentor teams across engineering, quality, operations and supply chain, balancing performance, cost and manufacturability while building a manufacturing capability for future scale.
