Mode Labs is building autonomous opto-chemical sensing systems and seeks an NPI/Production Engineer in Oxfordshire. You will shepherd evolving designs from prototype to pilot to repeatable production, owning processes, tooling, documentation and test activities while coordinating pilot builds and production transfer.
This hands-on role spans product build, process development, tooling and manufacturing data. You will own work packages and help establish a safe, scalable production capability.
