Work remotely across Canada as a Workday Technical Analyst focused on configuration, optimisation, and continuous platform enhancement for Modaxo.
Modaxo seeks a proactive analyst supporting global Workday development and full adoption across its portfolios. You will advise HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders while working across business processes, security, reporting, and release management. The role requires end-to-end configuration experience in Advanced Compensation and/or Absence Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and enhance Workday business processes across multiple modules
- Build advanced reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics
- Configure security roles, domains, policies, and business-process security
- Lead bi-annual release testing and impact assessments
- Resolve technical issues and maintain configuration documentation
Requirements:
- Five or more years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
- End-to-end Advanced Compensation or Absence Management configuration experience
- Strong Workday security, reporting, and business-process configuration expertise
- Experience coordinating releases and regression testing
- Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills
