As a Solution Developer, you will support MNP's growing Case Management team within its Digital Solutions practice. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 developers and architects to design, configure, customize, and extend Customer Service solutions. The work includes Power Platform technologies, Microsoft .NET development, AI use cases, and hybrid-agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions
- Engage clients to understand and recommend technology solutions
- Develop .NET extensions for the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module
- Implement solutions using hybrid-agile and agile methods
- Share knowledge and support professional development
Requirements:
- Three years implementing CRM or case management solutions
- Two years using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Power Automate
- Hands-on Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio experience
- Relevant degree or five years of relevant experience
