Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal support for IT and Digital practice areas • Draft and negotiate a variety of technology agreements • Mitigate risks by advising on commercial strategies • Research legal compliance and regulatory issues • Develop templates and scalable contracting processes
Requirements: • At least four years of post-call experience • Good standing with the Law Society of Alberta • Experience in software and cloud-based agreements • Knowledge in data protection and emerging technologies • Ability to give practical, risk-based advice
