Key Responsibilities:
- Research talent pools, networks, and recruitment sources
- Conduct candidate outreach based on target profiles
- Review inbound and sourced candidate applications

Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree as a minimum requirement
- Two to four years recruitment, staffing, or HR administration experience
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
- French and English proficiency for Canadian collaboration
