As the National Human Capital Manager, you will lead the operational execution of international resourcing programs. Your expertise in immigration will support through secondments, relocations, and hiring temporary foreign workers. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as immigration subject-matter expert for International Resourcing
- Manage full-cycle immigration files with MNP's vendor
- Monitor work-permit expiry and oversee processes
- Communicate immigration file statuses to stakeholders
- Support Regional Human Capital teams on immigration matters
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of immigration support experience
- Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration policies
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English for collaboration
