Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple client-facing tax consulting engagement teams
- Deliver expert tax advice through client interactions and reports
- Advise businesses on tax policy changes and proactive strategies
- Liaise with the Canada Revenue Agency on client issues
- Mentor and motivate team members towards development
Requirements:
- CPA designation and completion of In-depth Tax Program
- 7 to 8 years of public accounting or tax consulting experience
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian Tax regulations
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills
- Proven strategic planning and conceptual thinking abilities
