Key Responsibilities:
- Administer full cycle bookkeeping for MNP clients
- Prepare and maintain payroll and related filings
- Conduct month-end and quarter-end closings
- Support junior bookkeeping staff with training
- Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping needs
Requirements:
- 3 years full cycle bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with cloud accounting software preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop or Sage 50 a plus
- Certificate or diploma in business or accounting is an asset
- Understanding basic accounting principles essential
