The Manager, Premium Retention & Service leads strategy and daily execution across premium products and spaces. You will coach the Maple Leafs and Raptors Premium Retention team, manage Member relationships, and advance loyalty, renewal, and service initiatives. The role partners across sales, ticketing, hospitality, marketing, and venue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Premium Retention team
- Build trusted relationships with premium Members and understand preferences
- Lead retention and renewal strategies across premium Memberships
- Champion experiences across Platinum Club and ScotiaClub
- Oversee benefits, events, ticketing programs, and concert access
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or three-plus years relevant premium-client experience
- Proven leadership experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional relationship-management and communication skills
- Creative mindset for programming and strategic client initiatives
- Microsoft 365 proficiency; Salesforce experience is an asset
