Lead silver milling operations in the Yukon, overseeing metallurgy and recovery optimization on a fly-in fly-out schedule. This experienced Mill Manager reports to the Operations Manager at a silver mining operation. You will direct milling, assay lab, water treatment, and dry stack tailings activities. The position also supports mill expansion, equipment reliability, safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee grinding, flotation, processing, and daily milling activities Manage metallurgy and assay lab operations for accurate reporting Optimize throughput, recovery rates, costs, and mill performance Maintain equipment reliability and preventive maintenance programs Coach superintendents and report performance to senior management Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience 15 years of related experience, including 10 years managing Mining industry experience and strong milling knowledge Microsoft Office and CMMS/ERP systems proficiency Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract Apply your milling leadership, metallurgy knowledge, and recovery expertise to silver operations in the Yukon.
