Drive multi-clinic dental performance through KPI analysis, financial accountability, and practical action planning. This hands-on leadership role covers the Greater Toronto Area. As Regional Director, Operations, you will oversee a portfolio of up to five or six clinics. You will translate clinic KPIs, budgets, and P&L results into improvements across production, collections, scheduling, hygiene performance, treatment acceptance, and retention. You will also coach Clinic Managers and partner with Doctors and Support Office teams. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze clinic KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance Turn opportunities into practical clinic action plans Improve treatment acceptance, hygiene, and patient retention Maintain established practices while supporting newer clinics Build relationships with Doctors and Support Office partners Requirements:
Dental group or DSO operations leadership experience Experience overseeing multiple clinics Experience coaching clinic-level leaders Financial and operational accountability for meaningful P&L Strong communication and relationship-building skills Use dental operations expertise, KPI discipline, and relationship-building skills to strengthen performance across Greater Toronto Area clinics.
